Pinch is an elegant and clever tea set conceived by Bradley L. Bowers.
Inspired by the antique oil lamps that he saw during his visit to Bahrain, the set imitates movement.
He fused the relation between the product and the gesture we use to handle the product; we "pinch" the cup and lift" the saucer.
The whole process took Bowers 2 years from concept, to mock ups, to 3d prints, to testing the right material which allowed the development of a matte porcelain that highlights the product's curves.
